Fugees rapper Wyclef Jean and Bob Marley’s son Ky-Mani head an all-star cast of actors in a gritty urban thriller described by Variety as “a Jamaican Scarface.” Written and directed by Cess Silvera, Shottas (2002) follows a pair of West Indian thugs who are expelled from American soil for drug trafficking.
