Sanctuary (1998)

Mark Dacascos plays a former Black Ops agent who was part of a covert group within the CIA named Luke Kovak. When his boss doesn’t think twice about killing one of the team’s members, Luke decides he’s done with all the blackmail and assassinations, and wants to leave, making sure to take proof of all the questionable stuff they did with him. He ends up living a quiet life as a priest in Chicago known as “Father John,” but after his picture appears in a local paper, a former colleague and lover named Rachel (Kylie Travis) tracks him down and warns him the rest of the group will be coming for him now. He really feels the heat when she undresses in front of him and he catches a glimpse of her pantied bottom, plus there’s some surveillance footage of Monika Schnarre in her bra as she seduces a very violent target. Her beautiful body is definitely the best weapon at her disposal!
