In what has to be the craziest reference to the viral Allen Iverson interview since Ted Lasso, singer Jamila Woods teams up with fellow Chicagoan Saba to create this final advance single from her 2023 album Water Made Us. But the video itself may go just as viral as the source material, thanks in no small part to lots of choice nudity. Jamila claims the song is about “releasing the pressure we put on ourselves in relationships… [and director] Carlos López Estrada came up with this concept of creating faces with bodies in a way that’s sensual and silly at the same time.” The artist’s playful experimentation involves using her firsts and arms to cover her bare breasts in different shots, but Jamila’s juicy booty is very visible as pairs of hands are used to make eyes and mouths around it. Practice makes perfect? More like Practice makes us e-rect!
