Other People's Children (2022)

This French romantic dramedy focuses on Rachel (Virginie Efira), a single, childless high school teacher in her forties who starts dating a divorced father named Ali Ben Attia (Roschdy Zem) whom she meets in a guitar class. As things get serious between the two, he introduces Rachel to his young daughter Leïla (Callie Ferreira-Gonçalves), and the three eventually start to become a cohesive unit. Rachel grows emotionally attached to Leïla at the same time that she struggles with her desire to have her own children, something that her gynecologist keeps reminding her that she’s running out of time to do. It’s obviously not for lack of trying on Rachel’s part, as there are multiple nude scenes in bed with Ali. Virginie, already a seasoned Skin veteran, doesn’t shy away from showing off her rack and rump, and even delivers all three of her beautiful Bs in a scene where she ends up naked on a balcony. We assume she passed on some wisdom to nudecomer Yamée Couture, who breaks out her French funbags for the first time as Rachel’s younger sister Louana. That’s our favorite kind of family resemblance!
