Only Murders in the Building (2021-2023)

Longtime friends and collaborators Steve Martin and Martin Short have re-teamed once again for the Hulu series Only Murders in the Building, which debuted on the streaming service in the late summer of 2021. In an affluent apartment building on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, Charles-Haden Savage (Martin), Oliver Putnam (Short), and Mabel Mora (Selena Gomez) are essentially strangers, though all three share an obsession with true crime podcasts. When another resident of their building turns up murdered, the three strangers suddenly find themselves drawn together as they set out to solve the crime the only way they know how... by starting a podcast of their own. Naturally, all three of them have their own secrets they're intent on keeping that way, but as their friendship grows and their podcast becomes more and more desperate to solve the crime, they end up divulging details about their own lives which may ultimately hold the secret to cracking the case. As all signs begin to point to a notoriously elusive and hermit-like resident of the same building, these three (dare we say it) amigos begin to wonder if they're officially in over their heads. Chances are good that you can gauge whether or not you would enjoy this series based on your feelings on Steve Martin and Martin Short in general. If you're a fan, you'll love the show. If you're only here for Selena Gomez nude, you'll be happy to know that she shows lots of cleavage and even nearly reveals her breasts in the shower, but sad to know she doesn't actually go nude on the series. So weigh the pros and cons here and decide for yourself if you want to take the plunge!
