One Word From You (2008)

Two lifelong friends struggle with issues of love and family in the Spanish drama One Word from You (2008). Rosario (Malena Alterio) works as a janitor at a bank to support herself and her elderly mother, who suffers from Alzheimer's. Her best friend Milagros (Esperanza Pedreño) drives a taxi, but when her uncle repossesses the car and Rosario loses her job, the friends find a new job working together at a house-cleaning company. There Rosario meets Morsa (Antonio de la Torre), but although the relationship enriches Rosario's life, it threatens to end her friendship with Milagros. One word from Mr. Skin is that you can fast-forward to Malena's mams in a comic scene where her senile mother barges in on her and her boyfriend in the sack.
