Match (2025)

An entry at Tribeca Festival Lisboa, Duarte Neves’ debut feature tells the story of Artur (Rodrigo Soares), an actor whose career is in decline when he gets a chance to go out for a part that might salvage things. Nervous about his future and desperate for connection, the only thing that brings Artur any solace is online dating, specifically meeting people through Tinder. In on such encounter, nudecomer Margarida Bakker springs a knife on him, then the two start banging on a pile of fish. She even starts slapping him with some octopus tentacles, and that’s when we catch sight of her bare breasts peeking out from behind the apron she’s wearing. Margarida’s mams in Match are sure to light your fire!
