Lessons in Chemistry (2023)

Based on the 2022 novel by Bonnie Gamus, this AppleTV+ series is set in the 1950s and 60s and focuses on Elizabeth Zott (Brie Larsen) a lab tech at Hastings Research Institute with a Masters in Chemistry from UCLA that gets treated like a glorified secretary. She ends up striking up a friendship with Calvin Evans (Lewis Pullman), a famous but cantankerous young researcher, who arranges for them to be share a lab. The show chronicles Elizabeth’s journey over the course of a decade as she uses her chemistry background to eventually become a beloved cooking show host. Call us cheesy, but we love seeing the beautiful Brie in her white 50s panties as she smooches Lewis in a twin bed. It’s simple, but it still causes a reaction in our pants!
