La nipote (1974)

An orphaned young woman hops out of the frying pan and into the fire in the quirky sexploitation comedy La Nipote (1974). Following her mother’s sudden death, Francine (Francesca Muzio) is offered a place to live at her uncle’s cavernous estate. Hoping for somewhere quiet to mourn, Francine is instead introduced to a ribald cast of characters, including a lesbian ex-stripper, a nymphomaniac maid, and a young cad, who show her that sex is the best way to cheer right up. Nello Rossati’s film is overflowing with naughty dalliances, and Muzio, Orchidea de Santis, and Annie Carol Edel are right in the middle of them.
