Juicy Julie Benz started ice skating at age three and even competed in the 1988 U.S. Championships in junior ice dancing. So the mystery of where she got those killer legs is solved. When a bad stress ended her ice-skating career at fourteen, Julie threw herself into acting—and landed a triple Lutz in the heat department. Her first speaking role came in the Dario Argento/George Romero co-directed horror flick Due Occhi Diabolici (1990) playing opposite Harvey Kietel. A year later she turned up on the short-lived sitcom Hi Honey, I'm Home. Julie auditioned for the lead in the series Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997). She didn't get the part, but she was cast as Buffy's mortal enemy, Darla, and even reprised the role on the Angel spinoff. The undead never tasted so good! On the big screen, Julie was foxy as Marcie "Foxy" Fox in Jawbreaker (1999) opposite fellow homicidal hottie Rose McGowan, but for the best of this Benz's hood ornaments, don't miss her sweat-soaked gear-shift ride in Darkdrive (1996). A decade later Julie was dropping her top again playing the naive girlfriend of a serial killer on the hit Showtime series Dexter.
