As Carla Espinosa, the no-nonsense nurse who’s always able to save the day for her goofball doctor coworkers, on Scrubs, Judy Reyes at once embodies and defies the common Latina stereotype. While she can wag her finger and spout mile-a-minute Spanish just as well as Rosie Perez, she also brings life to one of the few well-rounded, positive Latino roles on television. And did we mention that she’s one spicy enchilada? Though Judy is now relegated to unsexy get-ups (those scrubs don’t allow for much nipple slippage—or even cleavage, for that matter), she does have a secret skinful past. Before network TV, Judy starred in the existential comedy Jack and His Friends (1992). And seeing Judy lying in the middle of the road full frontal will make you want to jack your little friend.
