Punk rock girl Jennifer Clay may have believed her career was off to a roaring start after her appearance in Penelope Spheeris’s 1984 film Suburbia--or maybe she just took the gig as a lark and had no interest in the pursuit of an acting career. For Jenny’s sake, let’s hope the latter was the truth, since you won’t find Jennifer Clay in anything that’s not called Suburbia. Also known as Rebel Streets and The Wild Side, this is actually a rather good movie, and not just because we get to see Jennifer’s jugs as she’s manhandled by some intruders. But the little dash of nudity certainly doesn’t hurt.
