A woman of many names, and the star of many X-rated films, Gina Carrera is a smoking-hot blonde from Fort Worth, Texas, who spent most of the mid to late ‘80s naked and on screen. You can catch her fully bare as the character Sandy Dawson in Suburbia (1984) (credited as Julie Winchester), a cult favorite with an R-rating, as well as bouncing in a bikini in the also rated-R film Young Rebels (1989), but the majority of the rest of her 100+ titles were all produced for adults-only entertainment. You can see Gina and count her many aliases—Olivia Chase, Misty Raines, Bang Bang, Julie Colt, Victoria Wild, etc.—in such titillating titles as Stiff Competition (1984); as the deceptively innocent-sounding Hope in Sunny Side Up (1984); On Golden Blonde(1984) (hah!); Whore of the Worlds (1985) (Mr. Skin likes to think Orson Welles would be impressed with this title); as an appropriately named character called Super Fox in Dance Fever (1985); High Price $pread (1986) (with that dollar sign!); Jewel of the Nite (1986); Bondage Under the Bigtop! (1987); Lay Down and Deliver(1989) (not to be confused with Edward James Olmos’ Stand and Deliver, but definitely to be commended for its inegenious title); Drainman (1989) (following 1988’s Rainman); 1-900-SPANKME Ext. 1 and its sequel 1-900-SPANKME Ext. 2, both in 1994; and Boobwoman Rides Again (1999). The Boob flick was actually Gina’s last on-screen appearance, both R- and X-rated. And in case you have a burning desire to know, Gina was actually born with the name Julia Rhea Winchester.
