You never know what's going to become of a skinsational gal like Jeane Manson. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, the budding star started out making the usual rounds of low-budget films, including a memorable nude stroll that led to some beach-blanket boning in The Young Nurses (1973). Then she appeared as Playboy's Miss August 1974, which usually launches an American career. Instead, Jeane went off to France and became one of the county's most beloved entertainers. She sold over twenty million records between 1976 and 1996, even though nobody in America was paying attention. Jeane was primarily known for the song "Avant de nous dire adieu," and in 1979, Jeane sang "J'ai déjà vu ça dans tes yeux" to represent Luxembourg in the Eurovision Song Contest. In addition to being wildly popular singer, Jeane is also a respected stage actress in her adopted homeland. Jeane still graced American audiences with a token appearance in the Charles Bronson film 10 to Midnight (1983), looking like a perfect '80s hairhopping blonde. Those Manson melons were also as ripe as ever. Ms. Manson? More like Ms. MAMson! Jeane remained a regular presence on Parisian television for a while, and we thought that her amazing career (and potential for nudity) was still far from over. Sadly, Jeane hasn't appeared onscreen in quite some time. Her later appearances include the series Regina auf den Stufen (1992), the series Sous le soleil (2005), and the 2012 TV movie adaptation of Man of La Mancha. Mr. Skin hopes she makes a comeback!
