In the Company of Women (2023)

Also called In Good Company or Las buenas compañías, it’s a coming-of-age film set in the summer of 1977 against the backdrop of the fight for abortion in Spain. Bea (Alícia Falco) is a sixteen-year-old who joins the feminist cause of the right to abortion, collaborating with a group of rebellious women based on real known as the Basuri 11. When her mother, a maid for a wealthy family, has to take care of her sister after she has an illegal and dangerous abortion, Bea takes her place at work and meets Miren (Elena Tarrats) the granddaughter of her mom’s employer who also happens to secretly be pregnant. The two form a connection as Bea helps Mired escape to France, using her family’s money and resources to end her pregnancy safely, while others at the time don’t have the same luxury. The two ladies fall in love, which Bea’s mother struggles to accept, but we have no problem with because it leads to Alícia’s and Elena’s nudecomer debuts! Both bare their boobs during a skinsational scene on a couch where Elena takes Alícia’s hand and sticks it down her pants for a little finger action. Coincidentally, this is why we prefer to be in the company of women too!
