A beautiful nurse engages in a smoldering love affair with an aspiring doctor despite orders from above in the steamy Italian drama Il Mio primo uomo (1975). Mario Camas's film was panned upon release for its schizophrenic mix of comedy, drama, sex, and social satire, but this was before Ornella Muti (named Most Beautiful Woman in the World in a 1994 survey) had established herself as one of the top talents in European cinema. These days, a vintage clip of Muti getting busy in bed and in the shower is like a fine wine--it only gets better with age.
