Hollywood hottie Heather Wahlquist hails from Oklahoma City, and has a short acting career—but big films with even bigger co-stars. One of her first silver screen appearances was as Julie Bird in John Q (2002), the crime, drama, thriller starring Denzel Washington, Kevin Connolly, James Woods, Anne Heche, Shawn Hatosy and a bunch of other names and faces you would undoubtedly recognize. She followed that up with the TV movie The Incredible Mrs. Ritchie (2003) with Gena Rowlands, James Caan, and Justin Chatwin; the movie earned three Daytime Emmy awards. Heather played Sara Tuffington in The Notebook (2004) with Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams before landing the role of Wanda Haynes in Alpha Dog (2006) with Bruce Willis, Justin Timberlake, and Emile Hirsch, and showed not only her round rump but a whole lot of side boob while being naked with co-star Ben Foster. The 5’7” honey, who sometimes appeared as a blonde, sometimes a brunette, tried her hand at comedy in Lonely Street (2008) with Jay Mohr and Joe Mantegna, then turned back to drama as Aunt Kelly in My Sister’s Keeper (2009) with Cameron Diaz, Jason Patric, and Abigail Breslin. In 2012, she reunited with her Sister’s director, Nick Cassavetes, and the two co-wrote the film Yellow (2012); Cassavetes directed, and Heather played the part of Mary Holmes. The movie starred Sienna Miller, Melanie Griffith, Ray Liotta, and Gena Rowlands, and won Best Film and Best Screenplay at the Catalina Film Festival. Not bad for an Okie girl who only has ten credits to her name!
