Girl at the Window (2022)

An Aussie thriller that stars Silent Hill’s Radha Mitchell as a widowed mother who’s teenage daughter (Ella Newton) becomes convinced their neighbor is a psychopath known as The Clockwork Killer. Without any concrete evidence, no one really believes her, so she decides to take matters into her own hands, especially since her mother and the neighbor have begun dating. She enlists her best friend (Karis Oka) - who we see at the start of the film taking selfies in a photo booth, somehow unaware that one of the killer’s young victim’s (Kaysea Hayes) is naked in there with her - and the two become the killer’s next targets. The film also has a typical slasher scene with two teens getting it on in a car before the movie’s big baddie strikes. Unsurprising, yes, but with a topless Lauren Goetz in the mix, we aren’t complaining! Seeing her perky pair might be the biggest thrill of all!
