A financial wizard robs his wealthy investors blind on the satirical German Tv series Gier (2009). Dieter Gloss (Ulrich Tukur) appears to have the Midas touch, a quality that makes every billionaire in Europe want to invest with him. But little do they know that their fat pocketbooks are merely a distraction--the real money is being made behind the scenes, with Dieter taking the vast majority of the profits. When his scheme is discovered, Dieter's life quickly falls apart. He may be an evil genius, but this guy sure doesn't have any common sense-- when he discovers his wife Jeanette Hain naked and baring breasts in the shower, he decides to sit down and join her.
