Gaia (2021)

This thrilling horror flick drops you off right in the middle of the Tsitsikamma Forrest in the heart of South Africa, but before it drops you off, it feeds you a pile of hallucinogenic mushrooms!  We follow your typical park ranger, Gabi (Monique Rockman), paddling down the river with her partner, unsuspecting that there are a couple of survivalists living off the grid not far off.  When Gabi gets snared on accident by one of their animal traps, the father and son loners come to her rescue.  The only problem is, this father and son team have an almost cult like devotion to the forrest because they know what Gaia, aka the earth mother, has in store for humanity.  They don't just connect with nature, they are there to make sure that Gaia delivers on her promise to rid itself of mankind, who has been poisoning the soil since the start of the industrial revolution.  Gabi begins to realize that they aren't lying when half-man, half-fungus monsters start popping out of the woods and coming after them!  You see the spores of the fungus are actually the largest organism in the world and it's right under their feet and it's turning everything it touches into mindless monsters to grow further!  As Gabi starts to see the truth, she thinks she has allies in the survivalists who want to stop the monsters, but they might actually want to help this fungus spread and topple society as we know it!  Lucky for us, the marvelous Monique Rockman has multiple nude scenes in this one, including a fever dream of a hallucination where we see her boobies and butt a few times!
