Eye Without a Face (2021)

We hate to break it to you if you've come here expecting to find Georges Franju's masterpiece of 1960s horror Eyes Without a Face (1960), as the flick Eye Without a Face (2021) from over 60 years later is not even tangentially connected to that beloved film. Henry (Dakota Shapiro) is an extreme agoraphobe who hasn't left his apartment since the day he moved in with his roommate Eric (Luke Cook) a struggling YouTube personality. Combining his roommate's sweet tech set-up with his unique hacking skills, Henry manages to figure out a way to turn the webcams of various viewers of Eric's videos into cameras that can spy on and record the people watching. Henry becomes obsessed with the daily life of Tessa (Ashley Elyse Rogers) a beautiful young woman who performs webcam shows, but Henry is more obsessed with watching Tessa when she's not performing for the camera. However, after witnessing an incredibly strange event one night while spying on Tessa, he begins to suspect that his new obsession might be a serial killer... and if his suspicions are correct, Henry might just be her next intended victim! Perhaps the one thing that Eye Without a Face has in common with its (almost) namesake is that neither film has any nudity! There are some skinsational scenes where Ashley Elyse Rogers performs webcam shows in her underwear, showing off plenty of cleavage in a series of sexy bras, but that's about the extent of the film's sexy content! If you're looking for nudity, you'd be better off hacking the webcam of someone watching porn!
