Eine Sonderbare Liebe (1984) is an East German drama about an office party that ends up in bed. Few “film” reviewers even note the heavy load some actresses carry. To them these performers are merely pieces on a playing field, not real life creatures of flesh and blood. Here we hope never to lose the humanity of our heroins. Yes, we jerk off to them, but we know they’re more than flickering images on a screen. That’s why when we saw Christine Schorn in this movie we felt for her. The beautiful blonde with the big tits, you say, why she’s never wanted for anything! But alas, no.
