Down to Earth (2001)

Down to Earth (2001) is a classic comedy that is a remake of the 1978 film Heaven Can Wait which was based on a classic play by Neil Simon. In this 2000s retelling, a Black comedian dies suddenly while working his bike messenger job and is given a second chance at life when his soul is put into the body of a successful white businessman. Jennifer Coolidge plays a wild, rich old lady - which she always does - and in one scene she tries to appeal to him by wearing a thong OVER her purple pants and trying to twerk for him. She also bares her sexy midriff as she wears a bikini top in this strange scene. He is not pleased, but we are. In another scene, he walks in on her in the bedroom. She wears her bra as she chats with him and it is clear that her lover is hiding underneath the covers. Who is her lover? An old woman emerges! Jennifer Coolidge is heavenly and hot in Down to Earth.
