Danny Collins (2015)

Al Pacino plays the title role in Danny Collins (2015) an inspired by true events tale of an aging, past his prime 1970’s rock star who is still living the crazy rock star life long after he should have given it up. One day his manager shows him a 40-year-old letter written to him by John Lennon that had gotten misplaced before he ever saw it. After reading the letter, Danny is inspired to change his life and try to reconnect with his family and friends.
