Crossbow

Well-conceived and photographed, if not entirely successful British series about the old-fashioned exploits of William Tell. Will Lyman delivers a solid performance in the lead role, he’s capably surrounded by quality support and the production design is particularly impressive (especially for a TV series). Still, aside from a few devoted fans, audiences failed to fall in love with the show leaving it canceled yet fondly remembered by some.
