Review

Counter Measures (1998) has a bunch of terrorists taking over a nuclear submarine in hopes of bringing back the good old days of the Cold War. Too bad for them a Green Beret is onboard on a goodwill mission. That goodwill goes as far as sinking his torpedo into Lada Boder.
