Every week, The WB served up an intellectually gripping and carnally stimulating dose of sibling rivalry mixed with supernatural skullduggery. Follow the adventures and curvatures of the fantasy’s fit creatures from the netherworld, and marvel that their every incantation has the power to turn rubber into bone! Indeed, the only thing hotter than a sizzling witch is a mermaid out of water. Luckily for us, Phoebe Halliwell (Alyssa Milano) becomes both on the show. Better still, she later dresses as a belly dancer and a lap dancer! Of course, things really heat up when the busty babe dons a low-cut frock that leaves little to the imagination.
