Carole Laure was raised in Montreal where she initially found work as a teacher. Good luck to those students trying to pay attention in class instead of daydreaming about how royally bad they want to mount her! When she realized it's better to teach by dirty example, she found work both as a bilingual singer who most often paired with composer Lewis Furey and as an erotic actress. She talked the talk and walked the walk with her first notable appearance in the film Mon enfance à Montréal (1971) and has since appeared in more Canadian, American, and French television and cinema than you can shake a meat stick at.
