Budapest Noir (2017)

Budapest Noir (2017) is one of those films that delivers everything you need to know right there in the title! You've got the genre, the setting, the whole feel of the movie is right there in the title. You could basically close your eyes and picture Budapest Noir without ever seeing it, lots of Slavic men in fedoras and Hungarian dames to kill for, that sort of thing. Set on the mean streets of the Hungarian capital in 1936, Budapest Noir tells the tale of a beautiful young woman (Hanna Palos) who turns up murdered in the street outside a fancy hotel. There are whispers that she was the mistress of the country's Prime Minister, meaning that none of the police officers on the local beat want to take the case. Enter an ambitious but green young inspector named Gordon, who thinks he can solve the crime, though it certainly has big implications for the entire power structure of the country! Just ten minutes in, we get a quick look at Hanna Palos' bare ass as she lays face down and nude in bed, getting a slap on the butt by her lover! 40 minutes later, during a trip to a brothel, we get to drink in the sight of a number of uncredited topless women washing themselves! Bernadett Miták is one of those ladies and she is, inarguably, a dame to spill for! So grab your cigarettes, your raincoat, and your pocket camera, because you've got a mission! Actually, just grab some tissues instead, that should be all you'll need for this mission!
