Animale (2024)

Nejma (Oulaya Amamra) works on a farm that raises bulls, and though the owner Leonard (Claude Chaballier) thinks the young woman could take over for him someday, Nejma dreams of a career as the first female bull-runner, which is kind of like a bull-fighter except bull-running involves several people competing all at once to remove a rosette from the bull’s head. It’s a dangerous sport, but Nejma is determined and finally makes it into the ring for her first successful match. She goes out drinking afterwards and ends up passing out in a field surrounded by old bulls. The next morning, Nejma wakes up with a newfound ability to connect with bulls and feel what they are feeling, just as her bull-running colleagues start to mysteriously die off. Is it a random rogue bull killing the locals or does it have something to do with Nejma’s growing powers? Oulaya starts out in just a tank top an no pesky bra to keep those pert pokies from our line of vision, but later she loses her top during a hair transformation scene and is even caught topless later while covered head to toe in mud. Her exposed breasts are sure to bring out the animal in you!
