Born in England and raised in Canada, Amanda Tapping raises pants across the globe. She first made her mark on TV productions filmed in the Great White North, including Forever Knight (1995), Goosebumps (1996), Due South (1996), and The X-Files (1996). While Amanda wasn't ready to go X-rated, she did venture to Hollywood to heat up her career. The comedy Rent-a-Kid (1995) wasn't exactly a skin bonanza, but the made-for-TV movies Net Worth (1995) and Remembrance (1996) helped cement her name in the industry. When she landed a role in the film Booty Call (1997), Mr. Skin was ready to pop the flesh champagne and celebrate, but Amanda remained fully clothes even in that nude fest. For her role on the sic-fi series Stargate SG-1 (1997), the "SG" might as well stand for "Sorry, guys," because our chance of seeing Amanda's Tappings is almost nil, but shots of her cleavage in tight tank tops make the series worth a viewing. But then out of that darkness appeared The Void (2001), with Amanda's T&A in delicious close-up. Unfortunately, there was not shot of her finery with a face attached, so the body probably belonged to a body double. In Stuck (2007), Amanda plays a woman who's trapped in an elevator with three other people, and we get a good look at her rackage during the film's exhibitionist sex scene. In recent years, Amanda has nabbed the occasional role on TV episodes, but we're still waiting for another big reveal. Tapping, don't tap out yet!
