Italian actress Alvia Reale is the real deal. With long, dark, curly hair and a body that could make spaghetti stand straight, Alvia is absolutely ravaging. Mostly a theatrical actor, Reale has made appearances on screen with some regularity since as early as 1985. But it would be more than twenty years before we saw something skinteresting. It appears Alvia had nothing to hide in Hyde’s Secret Nightmare (2011). Riding in an ambulance some blood drips from her mouth, and her two plump secrets drip from her silky, silver nightie. It wasn’t much of a nightmare for most fans, but more of a dream come true. The Italian film didn’t have a credited director, but the knock-out Alvia Reale is definitely the film's true erector. And though Dr. Jekyll is nowhere to be found, Alvia’s bouncy breasts are enough to make a man crazy all the same. Who wouldn’t want to get a feel of Reale?
