12 Rounds 2: Reloaded (2013)

A paramedic plays John McClane in the explosive action thriller 12 Rounds 2: Reloaded (2013). Randy Orton stars as Nick Malloy, an EMT entangled in a deadly game of cat-and-mouse with a madman who's kidnapped his wife (Cindy Busby). Not only does Nick have to rescue his lady before it's too late, he has to figure out why this terrorist has targeted him in the first place. Yup, sounds a lot like a Die Hard movie with ambulances, but as long as we've got a siren like Chelsey Reist baring her bells and whistles, who cares?
