Born in Nigeria in 1988, Weruche Opia is a drop dead gorgeous goddess that seems to have been sent from the heavens to teach us about true beauty! She is not only a talented actress, but also the proprietor of her own fashion label called Jesus Junkie Clothing. Now that's a multi-hyphenate talent that we'd all love to get behind! Weruche began her career acting on stage before transitioning to work on screens both big and small. In 2010 she made her small screen debut with a one-off role on the final season of the long-running series The Bill, using the name Reanne Opia. In 2013, she had a four episode arc on the second season of Top Boy using the name Reanne Weruche Opia, before finally dropping the Reanne for her featured role in the recurring cast of the Jack Whitehall-led BBC series Bad Education the following year. Weruche has worked steadily since then on both television and in films, including The Bad Education Movie (2015) where she reprised her role as Cleopatra. In 2020, Weruche joined the cast of the intense series I May Destroy You, where she became fast friends with co-star and creator Michaela Coel. It was here that Weruche made her nude debut in the third episode of the show's first season!
