Unseen (2023)

A remake of the Turkish series Fatma, this South Africa-set version focuses on a cleaning lady named Zenzi Mwala (Gale Mabalane) who goes to pick up her husband from prison after he served a two year stint for murder. He took the fall for someone else and eventually rolls on that person to get an early release, but when Zenzi goes to pick him up, she’s told her was let out earlier that day. This sets Zenzi on a journey through the seedy, violent underworld of criminal South Africa, doing whatever it takes to find her husband. One of the places we see is a strip club where the boss man is also searching for her hubby, and where Shamilla Miller and a bevy of other unnamed beauties do some sexy pole dancing. We can’t unsee that, nor would we want to!
