Ties That Bind (2006)

In the made-for-TV thriller Ties That Bind (2006), a yuppie couple comes to regret their decision to rent their swanky guest house to the highest bidder. The protagonists in Terry Ingram’s Lifetime movie figure that renting out their bungalow to a beautiful ER nurse will be an easy way to pull in a bit of extra income. The lessee is also smoking hot, which causes husband Dave Geiger (Brian Krause) to be pretty liberal about swimming-pool and hot-tub privileges. Unfortunately things don’t go exactly as planned––not only does the vixen seem bent on ruining her landlords’ marriage, but she also shows evidence of wanting to end their lives. Sonya Salomaa is priceless in her seductive role, and while she doesn’t shed her threads entirely, she certainly knows hot to throw her toned body around.
