The White List (2023)

Inspired by the 2016 “Blue Whale Challenge” that linked a number of teenage suicides in Russia to a social media game, this 2023 crime drama follows a young detective named Lazarev (Vladimir Averyanov) and the older more experienced Korotkov (Alexey Serebryakov), who travel to Podolsk to investigate the claims in Komsomolskaya Pravda about the alleged mass suicide of 130 teenagers. In reality, the sum is much closer to a dozen, but still they can’t ignore the similarities that seem to link the cases. Just as they seem to hit a dead end, a suspect emerges who fits the bill but then his testimony doesn’t seem to match all the details, and another teen ends up dying on their watch. As far a snudity, Anastasiya Krasovskaya shows up topless in some nude pics, but it’s Evgeniya Kregzhde who really heats up the screen as a teacher Lazarev starts a steamy fair with. Her left breast is clearly visible as they have sex on the edge of a bed and she’s not Russian to cover it up after!
