Based on The Sun article “On Seeing a Sex Surrogate” (1990), the indie film follows a man on a mechanical respirator who decides it’s time to lose his virginity at the ripe old age of thirty-eight. Mark O’Brien (John Hawkes) suffered from polio as a child, leaving him essentially immobile and confined to an iron lung for the majority of his life. After his advances are shot down by his caregiver Amanda (Annika Marks), Mark decides to turn to sex therapist Cheryl Green (Helen Hunt) to get his baloney pony out of the stables. Throughout the course of the biopic, flesh fans have an opportunity to ogle skintastic actresses. The R rated flick features Moon Bloodgood, Rhea Perlman, Blake Lindsley, and Annika’s skimpy skivvies! If that’s not arousing enough, Ms. Marks displays her naked T&A while taking a bath with her boyfriend Josh (Adam Arkin) at the 10-minute mark. Then, 34 minutes in, we get to see Ms. Hunt’s muff and mams when she strips down to show off her job qualifications. More views of Helen’s nude boobs and booty are included as she seduces Mr. O’Brien. We’re not lyin’ when we say that Hunt front will make you grunt. Luckily, she’s naked for most of the movie!
