The Neighbor (2024)

Not to be confused with another movie from the Phillipines with the same title made in 2003, the 2024 Ang kapitbahay from Vivamax stars Clifford Pusing as Alex, a virginal college student who meets his older neighbor Rose (Christine Bermas) and begins a spicy affair with her, only to discover it was all a sexy trap. We don’t blame him though, not after spying a topless Christine fingering herself in bed! As in lot of Vivamax productions, they have sex everywhere with no thought as to whether they’ll get caught - in the bedroom, on a balcony, in a stairwell, etc. Christina’s boobs and butt are on display pretty much throughout, plus there’s a bonus scene (also in a stairwell) of gravity-defying gratification featuring the fanny and funbags of nudecomer Raven Crystal Castro. This film will have you hand saying “howdy neighbor” to your lap!
