The Human Centipede (2009)

Probably the worst movie to throw on the tube while you have a snack, The Human Centipede (2009) blew up on the internet for having the grossest, nastiest, most disgusting plot any screenwriter has ever thought up. Tom Six, a former director of the Dutch version of Big Brother, which was the OG Big Bro that launched them all, would've been a better hire for Fear Factor, since he was the dude who came up with the whole idea. In the film, an evil German doctor (Dieter Laser) captures two hot American tourists, Lindsay (Ashley C. Williams) and Jennie (Ashlyn Yennie), as well as a Japanese guy named Katsuro (Akihiro Kitamura). An expert on Siamese twins and a total psychopath, Dieter surgically connects them mouth to anus into one, six-legged organism, with Katsuro taking the relatively preferred position of the lead dog in the train. He's fed dog food, beaten, tortured, then can't hold it in anymore and deuces into the other girl's mouths as they try to find a way to escape. It might sound like that's not enough material for a full movie, but not only is this a feature film, but it actually launched two sequels! If you can get past the fecal feeding aspect, the asses of these topless babes don't look half bad, if you have to have your face sewn to one. Add to that getting to see their titties dangle as they crawl along the ground, and watching this one just might give you the most iffy stiffy of your life! It might not be the sexiest movie of all time, but The Human Centipede sure gave "face down ass up" a whole new meaning!
