Only the umpteenth variation on the ‘gorgeous singles living in the same building while all hoping to become a famous rock band’ chestnut, only less creative than that synopsis would imply. This is what happens when producers think of soundtrack sales over quality TV production. Still, something must be said for any series that features the lovely Charlotte Ross - so there, I just said it.
