The Edukators (2004)

Young love and revolutionary fervor combine in a roiling plot of romance and social responsibility in the German import The Edukators (2004). A callow but conscientious band of pacifist anarchists argues their transgressive notions against propriety and entitlement by breaking into the houses of rich folk and arranging the moneyed burghers' prized possessions in absurd sculptures of meaningless affluence. The über materialists, in theory, come home, are confronted by their randomly stacked valuables, and succumb to an entirely rearranged consciousness. This good work should be reward enough in itself for The Edukators (2004), but a nubile lass with debt issues and no ethical objection to plying her wiles threatens to bring the whole noble scheme tumbling down.
