Stars at Noon (2022)

For her fourteenth feature film, Stars at Noon (2022), acclaimed French director Claire Denis (Trouble Every Day, High Life) has decided to give the novel of the same name by Denis Johnson a modern update. While Johnson's novel is set during the Nicaraguan Revolution of the early 80s, Denis' film brings the story into the modern global COVID-19 pandemic times with Margaret Qualley starring as Trish, an American journalist stranded in Nicaragua at the height of the pandemic.

Desperate to escape the country and return to the US, Trish befriends an enigmatic Englishman named Daniel (Joe Alwyn), whom she believes is her ticket out of Central America. However, Trish is going to find out the hard way that she may have actually put herself into even more danger by hooking up with him in the first place! Actually, the term "hooking up" is putting it mildly. This film is a non-stop fuck fest with nearly a dozen nude scenes! 

Margaret Qualley spends a substantial portion of this film nude in bed before, during, and after sex. Qualley has never shied away from nudity before, but this is a whole new ballgame with the actress first doffing her duds to reveal her breasts four minutes in and her final butt-baring nude scene in the flick coming an hour and forty five minutes later! In between there's over a half dozen more nude scenes, with this film taking seemingly every opportunity imaginable to show off Margaret's amazing naked body! We think this role just might Qualley-fy her for the Mr. Skin Hall of Fame!
