Rosalind Allen, like fellow New Zealander Lucy Lawless, found her acting successes here in America, starting with her debut on an episode of Riptide in 1984. After that, Rosalind started landing bit parts in more cinematic fare such as Perfect (1985), 8 Million Ways to Die (1986), and Dangerously Close (1986)--if only there were eight million ways to get dangerously close to the perfect Rosalind. She continued milking a TV career, with more guest spots on series such as T.J. Hooker, Knight Rider, and St. Elsewhere, before finally landing a gig of note on All My Children in 1987. Rosalind has found limited success in series work such as SeaQuest DSV and Santa Barbara. But most of her cinematic work has fallen into the more skin-friendly realm of horror, such as infesting Ticks (1993), biting into Children of the Corn II: The Final Sacrifice (1993), and lighting up Son of Darkness: To Die For II (1991). The latter is of note for the first-ever appearance of Rosalind's rosebud breasts. She showed off some skin again in Pinocchio's Revenge (1996). Mr. Skin is keeping his pants peeled for some other meat-rising performances.
