Rizza Rossini works in the Philippines where the women are darkly arousing and the language is a tongue-tying babble of nonsense. At least to our ears, well, more accurately, to our eyes. We’ve studied her movies, all steamy dramas, but we can’t say much more about them. Plot? Characters?
