Red Joan (2019)

Red Joan (2018) sort of tells the true story of KGB spy Melita Norwood, an unassuming, old British woman who as a gardening loving granny ended up revealing that she was a longtime KGB spy who handed the USSR the necessary information to build a nuclear bomb.In this telling of her tale, her name is Joan Smith, and she's played by Judi Dench as an old lady and Sophie Cookson as a young Communism loving cutie. After studying at Cambridge,Joan gets hired for England's version of the Manhattan Project called Tube Alloys. She's a hardcore Socialist who ends up torn between the British scientist Max (Stephen Campbell Moore) and the Soviet trying to recruit her to spy for the USSR, Leo (Tom Hughes). America drops the bomb, and whoever was in charge of background checks dropped the ball since Joan's horrified by its power and really doesn't want the Brits to have the bomb unless The Commies do too. She gives the Soviets the secrets, then blackmails some dude into taking the fall when her boyfriend Max is accused of being the turncoat. Damn, Comrade. You bad! As a geezer she gets nabbed nearly sixty years later, setting off a tabloid sensation and pissing off all the Brits. Our pants were off seeing the tits in this one! No, it wasn't Judi getting nudey, but Sophie Cookson who plays the young version of Joan rolling around in bed with a gentleman, showing her breasts in this dimly lit scene. Traitors might get hanged, but we sure enjoyed watching this traitor get banged! We spy with our little eye, a bomb secret spilling bombshell! Better dead than red, but no lie, after seeing those Commie loving cans, we'd happily bone Joan!
