Physical (2021) is about a bored and struggling housewife who finds herself through aerobics. It starts with some aerobics classes and then she rises through it by becoming an aerobics instructor. Rose Byrne plays Sheila Rubin who lives in San Diego in the 1980s. She has a lot of inner demons, but things change when she throws herself into the world of aerobics. What is more 80s than aerobics? Big hair and spandex? Rose Byrne has that going on, too, in this AppleTV series where this woman deals with her anxiety and all of her many body problems. Of course, a show about aerobics deals with body dysmorphia, eating disorders, and exercise issues. But at its core it features sexy women in tight workout clothes, so we are watching. You will definitely want to get Physical with Rose Byrne when you watch her disrobe in a hotel room and sit naked on a bed...in front of three cheeseburgers. This skinny Minnie sits cross-legged on the bed, showing the camera a brief look at her butt crack before she devours a burger. We want to devour the nude Rose Byrne! She's not the only one.
