Nunmul (2000)

Likened to Larry Clark’s controversial Kids (1995), the South Korean exploitation feature Nunmul (2000) managed to nab a number of accolades on the underground festival circuit. Jun Han and Tae-gyu Bong star as ennui-stricken teenagers who roam the streets of their Korean hometown in search of easy sex. The pint-sized predators are remarkably successful at getting their paws on virginal victims, and they treat many of their conquests to difficult-to-stomach levels of aggression. Eun-ji Jo and Geun-yeong Park are two such lithe schoolgirls who deserve better than these pubescent thugs––both actresses flaunt bodies worthy of worship.
