Melody Anderson is a comely Canuck who came to the collective attention of American audiences in 1977 when she appeared as a Female Sweathog on the hit series Welcome Back, Kotter. But her big break was as the delicious Dale Arden in the cult classic Flash Gordon (1980). Unfortunately, it wasn't the breakthrough to the big time and sent her back to TV, working on the soap All My Children and other series. Besides an ultra-brief nipple slip in The Boy in Blue (1986), opposite the lucky Nicolas Cage, Melody has usually been more decisive in her flashing. For a much better look at her heaving hooters, check out Under Surveillance (1991), where she lets it all hang out at the end of the film. A few years after that fateful role, things started looking up for Melody. She landed the part of Marilyn Monroe in the made-for-TV movie Marilyn & Bobby: Her Final Affair (1993). Melody's swan song is as sweet a sound as a pair of lungs can ever make.
