Lovesick (2016) is a romantic comedy from Tyson Caron about a hopeless 33-year-old man named Dash whose hopes and dreams are dashed when his ex Lauren whom he still has feelings for suddenly gets engaged. They were previously together for ten years and have remained friends, but her new engagements makes the end of their relationship finally feel real to him. Now he tries to move on with his life and better himself - including going to AA meetings - to do anything at all to get over his ex. He meets a new woman named Nora in AA and the two become friends. But will they be something more than friends or is Dash way too hung up on his ex to ever successfully move on? Everyone else is moving on - will Dash? Lovesick is a sweet movie, but it gets even sweeter when we see Ali Tataryn play Nora, the new girl. The new girl looks better than the old girl when we check her out in her underwear.
